Book Review: Once in a Full Moon

Once in a Full Moon by Ellen Schreiber
Check it out at the Lawrence Public Library!

Reviewed by: Julie C., Grade 11

What it's about: A high school girl who is dating the captain of the football and basketball team. She meets a new kid who she is attracted to, and he saves her, but gets bit by a wolf and turns into a werewolf. (spoiler alert) Long story short, they live happily ever after.

Why I picked it up: The title and cover sounded and looked interesting.

What I thought of it: I really liked this book. For once the supernatural being wasn't a vampire and not a werewolf that can change when it wants to. it is more ture to mythology.

I would suggest this for: Anyone who likes supernatural buts but is tired of vamps.

Not tired of vamps but think this sounds great? Try out Ellen Schreiber's Vampire Kisses series at the library!
