Why I picked it up: I picked it up because it looked interesting.

Title: Zero Regrets: Be Greater Than Yesterday
Author: Apolo Ohno

What it's about: The story of  Apolo Ohno's journey from rebellious teen to a hard working champion.

Why I picked it up: I wanted to know how much it took to be a short track speed skater.

What I thought of it: It was a hard-core autobiography of a guy who worked extremely hard to become an eight-time champion.

I would suggest this for: People who want to learn more about speed skating.

Why I picked it up: It was about the Olympics.

What I thought of it: It was a true testament to what can happen if you believe in yourself.

I would suggest this for: Athletes looking for motivation and inspiration.

What I thought of it: I loved this book and the series only gets better!
