The Patchwork Girl of Oz by L. Frank Baum
Check it out here!
What's it about: The Patchwork Girl brought to life by the power of life, Ojo, a munchkin boy, and Bungle the Glass Cat all set off on an adventure to find all the objects needed to turn Ojo's uncle back from marble to a live human.
Why I picked it up: I want to finish all the Oz books.
What I thought of it: All of the characters are original and they keep on meeting new things. I wish that Glinda would've told them that she could change Ojo's uncle back earlier.
I would suggest this for: Readers aged 10 to 14.
