Book Review: Jinx

Jinx by Meg Cabot
Check it out here!

Reviewed by: Natalie C., Grade 7

What it's about: Wherever Jean goes disaster follows hence her nickname, Jinx. But when she goes to stay with her well off relatives in new York she discovers that her "bad luck" might have a more magical source.

Why I picked it up: It was recommended to me by a YA librarian.

What I thought of it: It had all the elements that a good book should have; mysterious plot, strong well defined characters, fantasy with a real life twist, and the perfect amount of romance.

The only down side is that there isn't a sequel!
